Inika Couture Return & Refund Policy
At Inika Couture, we strive to provide the highest quality heritage weaves. Please note that we maintain a Strict No-Return Policy for all purchases, except in the specific case of damaged or incorrect items.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. For any claims regarding damages, defects, or receiving the wrong item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at neenu@inikacouture.com.
To be eligible for a resolution, the report must include:

Your order number.

Clear photos or a video of the damage/defect.

The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging).
Return Process for Damaged Items If your damage claim is approved, the item must be shipped back to us within 3 days of the approval date.

Shipping Charges: Please note that all shipping charges for returning the item must be handled by the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.
Exchanges We do not offer exchanges. Since our collections are often unique or limited editions, we recommend following the damage report process if an issue arises.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 days.
Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns or provide refunds on:

Sale items or gift cards.

Items where damage was not reported within the 24-hour window.

Items not returned to our facility within the 3-day return window.
